What is your return and exchange policy?
We hope you love our products as much as we do, but if you don’t for any reason, contact us at sales@belleandbrawnbo.com to initiate a return or exchange. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed – if it’s not the right size, not what you expected, or does not hold up to what you had hoped for, we are happy to make it right! Please initiate a refund/exchange within 30 days of your purchase date.
To ensure a smooth return/exchange, we do ask that returned items are sent to us in new condition – not worn or washed. Likewise, there can not be any stains/snags/pulls present.
The only thing we request is that you pay the return shipping and include a note in the package with your order number. If this is an exchange, please also write down the style and size you are wanting sent to you in exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original or return shipping fees. However, we will cover the new shipping fees required to send your exchange out to you!
Refunds will be issued to the credit card/debit card that was used to place your order.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
Although each item is inspected before shipping some defects may be missed. If you believe you received a damaged item please email us at sales@belleandbrawnbo.com
Can I change an order I already placed?
If you email us upon noticing that you’d like to make a change to your recent order, we will do our best to process your request, however, please note that once an order is submitted, it immediately goes into our fulfillment process in order to get the item to you as fast as possible.
What is the cost of shipping?
We offer a flat-rate shipping cost of $5.95. Your items will be shipped via USPS.
What is the estimated shipping time for my order?
Once your order is received, your items will ship out within 3 business days. Once shipped, you can expect to receive your order in 3-7 business days.
Do your clothes run true to size?
Our clothing runs true to size. We have provided size charts and model stats on each item. Please take the size charts into consideration before purchasing.
What material is your clothing made of?
Our clothes are made from incredibly soft cotton (95%), with a hint of spandex (5%) for the perfect amount of stretch.
What are the washing and drying instructions?
Wash garments with like colors. The preferred methods for drying are either laying the garment flat or hanging it up. However, you can tumble dry on low if desired. If dried with heat, some shrinkage can be expected.
Do you offer local pickup?
We do not offer local pickup. All items will be shipped to your address.
